Product Safety
Our flours originate from grains harvested from small, family-owned, and clean-sourced 100% organic farmlands grown in unadulterated, pure soil conditions offering you only the cleanest and purest flours worldwide straight from the family-owned mill. All of our flours are sourced from farmlands that have never been exposed to SPs or GEOs in the past 20 years. They are all certified organic by their country of origin and whose certifications are recognized by the USDA (international organic trade partners). We have very stringent and rigorous requirements that each grower and mill must abide by in order to be part of our inventory. This is above and beyond current USDA organic requirements.
We require that all our flours not to be grown within 100 miles of GEO croplands and 25 miles of synthetic pesticide croplands to eliminate GEO-drift and synthetic pesticide-drift contamination. They also must not contain genetically engineered organisms (GEOs) as with USDA organic. Our flours do not allow genetically induced-mutation organisms (GIMOs) nor genetically cell-fused organisms (GCFO) which are allowed in all USDA organic products. Our flours must not contain absolutely any SPs such as synthetic herbicides, synthetic insecticides, synthetic antibiotics, and synthetic fungicides. Lastly, none of our flours have fillers, preservatives, or additives of any kind – just pure wholesome unadulterated grains as mother-nature origionally intended.
Nutrition & Freshness
We proudly bring to you a select number of flours from the cleanest sourced farms on the planet today. Each flour has a uniquely delicious flavor and nutritional content. We hope you enjoy them all!
We require all our flours be stone-ground at no greater than 100 degrees F (38 deg. C)* to maintain integrity and highest nutritional content. To further accomplish this, we also require our flours to be shipped in refrigerated containers directly from the mill while also storing them at or below 42 degrees Fahrenheit in individual vacuum-sealed packages upon arrival. This retains their natural flavor, highest nutritional content, and pleasant aroma as if the seeds were ground yesterday. Then we deliver them straight to your home or place of business!
